Employees working in a parking lot on Tuesday 8/18/20. Nurses not wearing PPE for COVID 19 employees only have a surgical mask and gloves. No face shield of N95 provided. Employees had hand sanitizer and temperature checks were performed. Employer does not have a plan for heat exhaustion. T8 3380(f) Employee says she had heat exhaustion and was placed in an air conditioned trailer and was given water. No Standard.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
