Regulatory Report
2600 Providence Drive, Anchorage, 99508 Alaska, United States
Employer is not following COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard resulting in an Inadequate ventilation system to control indoor air quality and Covid-19. Employees are exposed to poor indoor air quality and unnecessary covid exposure due to poor HVAC maintenance to include, but not limited too: 1.) Current air filters with a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) 8 are used rather than a MERV 13 or higher, because the employer does not want to pay the cost associated with the appropriate filters, resulting in employees taking their own actions to accommodate for the lack of appropriate filters by attaching their own exhaust filters or flow stop barriers to the existing system. Location: HVAC system, facility wide.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-09-22
