1. Surgical procedures are performed on patients that are COVID-19 positive, in operating rooms that are not negative pressure - exposing staff, physicians, and other patients. 2. There was an organ procurement on a COVID-19 positive patient. The donor patient had not fully recovered (was still positive) and was deemed "highly infectious," putting everyone involved in harm's way.
