1. The employer is not following the mandated capacity limits for COVID-19 and most tables are not separated by six feet. 2. Many employees have had COVID-19 and contacted other employees before they quarantined. The employer is not notifying the employees that they had possibly been exposured. 3. The employer is not properly cleaning/sanitizing.
