Employer has been violating the outdoor dining mandate. Over the holiday weekend and sporadically since has continued to provide indoor seating to guests. There are 3 to 4 tables that are consistently used for such indoor seating with one of the tables being used for groups of 10 or more. I don't always feel safe at work and I have two small children at home, one that has respiratory issues. My employer has received a violation previously. I don't feel that it is the desire of my General Manager to continue such practice but I feel his job is being threatened by the owner and in such times losing a job would be devastating. I don't want anyone to get in trouble but the safety of my family, myself, and all people is more important.
