Complaint: Employees are performing trauma informed care at the facility are not provided with personal protective equipment. Findings: Employees interviewed stated that they were provided the required personal protective equipment. Complaint: Employees have to purchase their own personal protective equipment, such as gowns and face masks. Findings: Employees interviewed stated that they were provided with the required personal protective equipment. Citation issued for lack of respiratory protection program. Complaint: Employees are not informed when patients are positive for SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes the COVID-19 disease) in order to ensure that protective measures are implemented. Findings: The employer had a system in place to notify employees of COVID-19 exposures. No citation issued.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
