1. Management is making employees work that have tested positive for Covid-19. 2. Employees are not being tested for Covid-19. 3. Improper personal protective equipment (PPE) to work with covid positive residents. 4. Insufficient staffing, during midnight shift only one employee is on staff to care for 18 residents. 5. Due to insufficient staffing, solitary employees are conducting multiple 2 person assists and Hoyer lift transfers.
