T8 CCR 3203(a)(4)&(6) Employer no complying with CDC guidelines for staff and clients regarding COVID-19, employer does not enforce facial covering requirement. Employees have contracted COVID-19 as a result. T8 CCR 3362(a) & 3203(a) Supervisor lock up hand sanitizers, sanitizing hand wipes and paper towels for hand washing, inside an office. Employer does not provide enough sanitation supplies.
