Title 8, CCR §3205 - An employee traveled to Arizona and worked during the week of the 19th and began developing COVID-19 symptoms. The manager allowed the employee to continue to work. The employee was allowed to continue to work even after they were notified that the employee was positive for COVID-19, potentially exposing the other employees. The other employees were not offered testing and the restaurant did not close.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
