1) The employer has done nothing to protect employees from COVID-19: - The employer has not implemented any administrative or engineering controls to reduce exposure to COVID-19 - No masks are required when employees are working within 6 feet of each other. - The employer has posted signs about COVID-19 safety, but is not implementing the guidance listed on the signs. 2) The facility's ventilation system is not functioning properly resulting in excessive dust exposure (generated from powder coating of blades) and the employer has not provided respirators.
