1) Employees are potentially exposed to vermin in the restaurant. It was reported that cockroaches are present in all areas of the restaurant. The employer has not maintained a continuing and effective extermination program to control vermin. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.141. 2) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that that the employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to social distancing, sanitation, PPE, or training workers about the hazards of COVID-19. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 15
