1. The employer did not ensure to clean and disinfect areas, materials and equipment used indoors by a COVID-19 case if the area is to be used by another employee within 24 hours. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(B)(2). 2. The employer did not ensure to make COVID-19 testing available to employees in the exposed workgroup immediately upon being covered by this section. T8 CCR 3205.1(c)(2)(A). 3. The employer did not ensure that employees in the exposed workgroup wear facial coverings when indoors, outdoors and when closer than 6 feet from other persons. T8 CCR 3205.1(d)(1). 4. The employer did not ensure to exclude unvaccinated employees who were exposed to a COVID-919 case from the workplace until the requirements of subsection (c)(10) are met.
