1. Night crew was not wearing face masks about a couple of weeks ago and some people got sick. 2. There is 8-10 ft. heavy steel racking that is not fastened to the ground. 3. Forklifts are not maintained. One of them leaked hydraulic fluid. 4. Power cords are left all over the walkways. 5. Women's bathroom handicap stall's lock is broken. 6.
