1. The wearing of face coverings correctly (over both nose and mouth) is not being enforced. 2. Face shields when worn are not being worn correctly (i.e., face shields so NOT cover the face when they are worn at a 90-degree angle). 3. Hand dryer are still being used within the facility. 4. Company is not enforcing social distancing. The locker room is congested with numerous employees waiting to clock in / out at the same time (i.e., not maintaining social distancing). 5. If you call in sick but state you do not have a temperature, they still make you report to work. 6. There is no hot water in the restrooms for hand washing. 7. There are no partitions between computers for supervisors on the production floor, nor are they six (6) feet apart. Computer usage in the warehouse is even worse, they are closer together. 8. The company also uses a central forced air sock system to heat and cool the building. You can see the mold on the sock and exchange units meaning there are more than likely mold particles are being spread thru the building.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-16
