1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. Several employees tested positive for COVID-19 and have continued working while showing symptoms. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees and the public or other employees. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high touch contact points. 4. No hot water is provided to employees to use to wash their hands.
