1. Numerous supervisors telling Covid-19 positive employees to report to work as normal and not tell anyone they were positive. 2. Nurses working positive, still symptomatic and passing medicine. 3. Not wearing masks around coworkers and not being enforced by management. 4. When patients complain of symptoms or have a fever they get discharged with no testing. 5.
