NO NOTIFICATION THAT FORMER CO-WORKER WAS EXPOSED TO COVID-19 AND EXPOSED OTHER EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEE WAS TERMINATED ON 8.11.21, EMPLOYEE FOUND OUT TODAY 8.23.21 THAT A CO-WORKER THAT THEY WERE EXPOSED TO HAD COVID-19. EMPLOYEE'S PREVIOUS EMPLOYER NOTIFIED ALL CURRENT EMPLOYEES ON 8.20.21, BUT DID NOT CONTACT THIS EMPLOYEE. EMPLOYEE WAS OUT OF THIS LOCATION LESS THAN 9 DAYS
