1. On Friday, June 26,2020, an Allied Employee was sent to the hospital ER for heat exhaustion. 2. Numerous employees have filed complaints regarding the security unit (East and Nort Gate Guardshacks), as they are extremely hot and infested with flying ants and mosquitoes. 3. The Allied Officers have reported various underlying medical conditions that cause them to have difficulty breathing due to the high heat and humidity. The air conditioning units ahve been turned off for 4 to 6 weeks. Management has been notified of this issue and have not turned them on. 4. Employees are eaten alive by ants and mosquitoes through their uniforms. Some bites have become infected. Complainant is having to seek medical care. Other employees report multiple bug bites. 5. It has been reported that Allied Employees will not report to duty if these conditions do not improve. 6. Allied has not provided any hand sanitizer or wipes as directed under the COVID-19 guidance. 7. The unit is cleaned once a day only. 8.
