1. Employees not socially distancing, they are consistently less than 3 feet apart for long periods of time with guests and other employees. 2. Employees not wearing masks in the workplace when they can not consistently maintain the proper social distance between each other or guest. 3. No regard for COVID health and safety protocols of any kind, consistently violating the companies own policies to the furthest extent. 4.
