Co-workers, all the way up the chain of command, are not wearing masks. The Department is not following or enforcing the use of masks. After OSHA letter, it was communicated that mask should be worn, but employees do not want to wear the masks, and nothing is being done about it.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
