There is a construction of a remodeling on a house, 2 stories high. There are open trenches, underground sewer trench. There in no employees working inside the trench right now. The trench in on the street side and there is no traffic control. There is no signs posted on the site for COVID-19, half the crew are not wearing masks. The workers are not wearing hard hats. The employees are parking the heavy equipment on the street. The concerned citizen was told to mind his own business when he approached the site manager.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
