Located at Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital, employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards in the following ways: 1. On or around January 9, 2022, an employee started experiencing COVID-19 symptoms while at work. The night shift manager and supervisor refused to allow this sick employee to leave work. This employee subsequently tested positive for COVID-19 the following day. 2. Employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 are allowed to return to work while still visibly sick and are working throughout the facility.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 30
