The dental office has had approximately 10 employees test positive since around August 11, 2021. The employer is not in compliance with VOSH's Final Permanent Standard in the following ways: 1. The employer is not enforcing the use of face coverings by all employees and is not disciplining those employees who are not wearing them correctly. 2. The employer has not implemented a policy to increase the disinfecting of surfaces within the office.
