1. Employees working in CC2 second floor are exposed to coronavirus when two employees tested positive and the employer did not inform employees of a COVID-19 positive event, conduct contact tracing, test the employees working with COVID-19 positive workers and take steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. Employees are exposed to coronavirus when employees have developed signs and symptoms of COVID-19 at work and the employees are expected to continue to work with a mask on and not allowed to leave to get tested.
