T8CCR-5144(d) - Workers report no PPRs being in the facility for AGPs throughout the pandemic. Apparently there are still no PPRs despite the fact that the LTAC has a significant number of patients on ventilators and requiring aerosol generating procedures (AGPs). T8CCR-5144(d) - Workers also reported they are not getting fit tested by the hospital for every N95. They receive new brands and models of N95 masks on a monthly basis and they are not being fit tested. T8CCR-3203(a)(3)/(4)/(6) - Candida auris has been in the facility for several months. This pathogen requires contact precautions which workers report has been provided but there is a concern that workers were not adequately notified when patients were infected with this pathogen
