1. There has been multiple employees test positive for COVID-19 and the employer does not enforce the use of face masks during times of high community COVID-19 transmission in Westmoreland County. Employees work within six feet of each other gluing mattresses together and at wrapping stations potentially exposing co-workers to SARS-CoV-2. 2. There has been multiple employees test positive for COVID-19 and the employer does not perform routine cleaning and disinfection of high touch surfaces such as irons at the wrapping stations, saws, and glue guns.
