Alleged Hazards: 1. Around the building there are signs that say that if you have COVID-19 symptoms or are sick in general you have to go home. Employees are coming into work sick and are not required to go home. They are in the building with a runny nose, sore throat, and coughing. A supervisor simply told a sick employee to get a COVID-19 test and when it came back negative she was allowed to continue to work. Complainant does not know if the employee was vaccinated. 2. There are employees that are not fully vaccinated are not wearing face coverings.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 150
