1. Power cables are run alongside low voltage cables in cable racks. These cables are run to computers and other workstations outside of conduits with no protection. Power cables are dangling and being run over light fixtures. 2. There is no fire-safe crash bar on some of the badged doors leading out from the building. 3. During COVID people are still being sat closer than 6 feet together.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
