1. A co-worker in our cubicle office area has a son that tested positive for covid-19 within the last few days. 2. The coworker stated that they had informed our director that they had a child home sick with covid-19 related symptoms weeks ago; however, the coworker was advised to stay home and quarantine. 3. It is unknown if this employee was reported to the Health Department. 4. Now, another coworker who had direct contact with the first coworker has a child with symptoms. 5. Our director has been adamant that they want employees on site and discourages working from home. 6. Employees who do off site home inspections are not being monitored if they are wearing proper personal protective equipment, which they are not. 7.
