1. Multiple employees, judges, judicial staff, and administrators have been seen walking around without masks. 2. Temperature checks were ran on a daily basis initially, then the thermometers began giving out reading below 98 degrees or low battery for weeks on end. With an "are you feeling okay" to take the place of temperature readings. Now each employee is responsible for taking their own temperature and completing the four-question screening. It's an honor system at this point. 3. Many coworkers have not competed this, it's become a bragging right for a few coworkers who have not completed this questionnaire the entire time without incident. This means that supervisors and administrators are not maintaining a record or not forcing compliance. 4. We are in the office every day though we have the capabilities of working from home. We were working from home but now as the cases have risen higher than they've ever been, we were instructed to be present in the office every day. SCAO has our court in phase II where employees are not required to be onsite regularly until we move to phase III, our chief judge has reiterated this multiple times. Our leaders have ignored this and ordered us to be present regardless. 5. The employees of our building found out about the first Covid-19 cases through the news along with the public. These are our coworkers and people that we are regularly in contact with, but we were not told that a positive Covid-19 case was present within our building.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-04
