1. The center is not notifying employees when another employee is sick. They allow children to come in sick with coughs, runny noses, etc. 2. There is a gym area that is not cleaned on a consistent basis. 3. They continue to bring new clients into the center and in one case the particular client has been traveling overseas and the client doesn't wear a mask. 4.
