T8CCR 5199(d)(2)(L)- Employees entering "COVID-19 pending results" are not aware or told if a patient has been exposed to COVID-19 or awaiting test results. On several occasions patients have tested positive for COVID-19 after having interactions with nurses not wearing respirators or proper PPE.
