T8 CCR 5199; 5144; 3380 (1) Nurses are told they cannot use hospital scrubs (surgery). They have to provide and launder their own scrubs. (2) Employer has replaced airborne precautions for routine care, and can only use them for high hazard procedures. (3) Only surgical masks and no N95 masks are being provided to employees (eg. nurses). (4) Employer is instructing nurses to re-use disposable PPE, place them in bags and clean them at home for re-use. (5) Employer are limiting staffing for COVID-19 patients from 2 nurses to 1 COVID-19 to 1 nurse to 3 or 4 COVID-19 patients. (6) Nurses have to bring hand sanitizer from a COVID-19 patient's room to an non-COVID-19 patient room.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
