Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Two employees currently are hospitalized due to COVID-19 infection; at least one of them is in the ICU. 2. At least one employee stayed at work after developing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection. 3. The facility has not been cleaned and/or sanitized. 4. There are numerous employees who have, or could have had, close contact with the affected employees, and they have not been allowed or required to quarantine.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-08-23
