This store and all other locations of these Shells are disallowing us as employees to enforce the mask policy by asking those without masks to wear one. They told us we will be reprimanded because they have one sign at the door that notifies customers. Me and other employees feel unsafe and want to be able to enforce the mask policy UNLESS a customer tells us they have a medical condition, which was the policy we were following until about mid November/December.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-03-04
