1. An employee was working while very sick, was tested for COVID-19 and tested positive. The employer was informed of the situation and remained open knowing the employee tested positive for COVID-19. 2. Last week another employee got very sick and asked to go home, and was told "you can suck it up and stay here for the last 2 hours of your shift." That employee today, 5/7/2021, has tested positive for COVID-19 and more than likely contracted it from work.
