The employer is not enforcing facial covering use for patients in the Crisis Care Unit, allowing patients to walk around the unit without facial coverings and potentially exposing employees to COVID positive patients. 2. Employees are not made aware of COVID positive or PUI (patient under investigation) patient rooms through notification or signage. 3. Environmental Services employees are directed to clean patient care rooms in the Crisis Care Unit without being told if rooms had COVID positive or PUI patients.
