In the client rooms and front desk at J Sterling's Spa, located at 12402 South Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando Florida 32839: The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), specifically, the employer is not complying with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidance for Businesses and Employers Responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019, in that employees are allowed to work without the use of a personnel protective equipment (PPE) or protective methods, such as, but not limited to a face-covering/mask and social distancing. 3.
