1. The employer is allowing employees who exhibit COVID-19 symptoms to work for several hours before being sent home, potentially exposing other employees and cast members to COVID-19. 2. The employer does not conduct daily COVID-19 assessments and there is concern that the employer does not conduct proper contact tracing after learning of positive COVID-19 cases to inform employees of potential exposures. 3. The employer's policy states that COVID-19 testing must be conducted within 72 hours of filming. Testing is conducted on Tuesdays prior to employees filming. However, filming has concluded by the time the test results are received on Thursdays. Employees who test positive for COVID-19 have already exposed other employees. 4. Employees are required by the employer to work with cast members that are potentially COVID-19 positive during filming.
