1. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and employees were not notified. 2. There are large quantities of contaminated manufacturing waste laying about in the open air in the parking lot. 3. Ear and hand protection is not provided to employees. 4. At the Waterjet machines, employees have to carry an extension cord across dangerous areas with slip, trip and fall hazards (electrical cords/ hoses/ tubes/ shop filth) on the ground and reach around tanks full of water and areas of spilled water to plug in a pump. 5. Some of the milling machines (Mazak FJV) have had their door locks and safeties removed or altered to be able to run the parts. 6. The bathroom is not cleaned or stocked with cleaning products. 7.
