1. An employee tested positive for Covid-19 and had exposed themselves to 5-6 other employees and countless customers during the time in which they had Covid-19. Management was informed and management told everyone to get tested but still come in for work while they were awaiting the results of their Covid-19 tests. Management also did not inform the rest of the staff that one staff member had tested positive for Covid-19 so that they could all get tested. The employer did not follow guidelines in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
