100 West 7th Street, Bayonne, 07002 New Jersey, United States

1 - Employees were exposed to an outbreak of Covid-19 in this facility. Three senior managers contracted Covid-19. In addition, at least 16 other employees contracted Covid-19 in the facility. 2 - The employer provides inadequate or sub standard face masks or face coverings. 3 - In some job tasks it is difficult to social distance, and the employer is not enforcing social distancing, nor finding alternatives to such job tasks or work stations. Social distancing is also difficult due to recent increases in staffing . 4 - The employer is hiring many new employees. The employer is not screening new employees for Covid-19 symptoms including fever, and these new hires are contributing to the outbreak. 5- The employer is not adequately sanitizing areas where known Covid-19 positive employees worked. 6 - Employees are not provided adequate options for eating and drinking during lunch and breaks in the facility. In addition the cafeteria facility tables and chairs are not set up or oriented to maintain social distancing between employees while eating and drinking unmasked.
