1. Personal Protective Equipment, (PPE), such as respiratory, face/eye, hands and arm protection, is not provided to prevent employees being exposed to the cleaning chemicals in use, which cause blistering of the skin and burning in the eyes. 2. Safety Data Sheets, (SDS), are not provided regarding the chemicals which employees are using. 3. No grounding rod was provided, where the equipment is truck-mounted and gas powered. 4. Wheel chocks are not provided/used when the vehicle is parked and equipment running. 5. An employee who is understood to have a COVID-19 infection is still coming to work.
