Company has not established a COVID Safety Coordinator. 4. Employer is not enforcing social distancing. 5. No signs have been posted within the facility explaining COVID recommended practices. 6. No COVID Preparedness and Response Plan for the facility. 7. Employees have not been instructed to report signs or symptoms of COVID. 8. Employer is not in compliance with training requirements under section 10 and the record keeping requirement found in section 11 of the MIOSHA Emergency Rules Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). 9.
