T8CCR §3203(a) The employer is not following CoViD-19 guidelines as required. Servers are not provided with face shields. Guests are not asked to wear masks before eating. Employees are not wearing gloves when removing dirty dishes & glassware from tables. On or about Friday, June 5, 2020, Health Dept. asked why employees are not wearing face shields while interfacing with the public when the employer has purchased them. The shields have not been distributed to employees to use. Practices to create a physical distance space around customers seated at tables are not being observed. Tables are not left empty, and they tend to fill up at night. The same holds true for the bar. Also, there are no barriers around the hostess station or between tables. Employees often work within six feet or less of each other or customers.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 2
