1. The employer did not identify and correct the unsafe condition of allowing an employee to hold a position of security of the store while under the influence. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4)(6). 2. The employer did not ensure that a delivery truck was maintained in accordance with the manufacturers recommendation. T8 CCR 3328(b). 3. The employer did not ensure employees are wearing facial coverings properly. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A). 4. The employer did not ensure that effective barriers were installed in the 10 ft. x 10 ft. room where 6-8 employees work to reduce the risk of transmission between employees. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(A). 5. The employer did not ensure employees can maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between each other while 6-8 employees work in a room that is 10 ft x 10 ft. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6).
