1. Employees who are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or who have tested positive for COVID-19 are allowed to continue working. 2. Employees are not being protected from potential exposure to COVID-19 during an outbreak at the facility. The facility is not being properly sanitized. 3. Chemicals are spilled and left in the floor creating slip hazard near the die stamping machines at the US Highway 45 location. 4. Water is leaking on a welder at the Old Jackson Road location.
