Social distant not being observed. No temperature testing of patients prior to being seen by the employees. The waiting room is not being properly satanized on a daily basis. Stationary is not being properly sterilized after each use by patient's and or employees. Mulitple employees have tested positive with COVID 19 with in the office and no patients were notified nor was staff that was in contact with the positive cases were required to quarantine and or get tested. The building was infested with bed bugs that were crawling around and visible to employees and patients and nothing was done about it. Employer did nothing to protect the employees and patients. All the employees were made to continue daily scheduled appointments in disregards to their own personal health risk and possible contamination being carried home. Last week a room tested negative for the water source and that room remains open and operating as normal in using the contaminated water on employees and patients.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-15
