The hospital did not provide adequate staff to monitor other staff donning of PPE. The staff of the Telemetry Unit had an inadequate and insufficient supply of PPE. A code blue was initiated on a COVID positive patient. There was insufficient PPE available for the staff and staff were subsequently exposed to COVID.
