1. The inventory racks for the incoming perishables are not stable enough for the product. Most of them are lined with caution tape and for years nothing is being done by the company for the safety of the employees. 2. The warehouse facility floors are uneven and there are dangerous holes specifically in F10, 13, 15, & 16. There is a deep crevice in the cross aisles of the floor. 3. The cooling area where the poultry is kept and throughout the facility has no drainage system. Poultry boxes leaking blood collects underneath the racks resulting in a deathly smell. 4. Two aisles over from the poultry there's catfish boxes thawing and again with nowhere for the drainage to go it's a small pool of catfish water in the aisle of D3. 5. Employees are passing the pandemic virus to one after another on a daily basis. During the weeks of April 11, 2021 to April 25, 2021, the warehouse was without cleaning and sanitation supplies.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-30
